Kiluange Noronha Tiny - Lawyer, admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association. Portuguese and Santomean (born 1975), graduated in Lisbon University Law School, in 2001. Started his practice in 2001. In 2004, he was recruited by the Sao Tome and Principe office of United Nations Development Programme, to work as a legal consultant of the Government in oil and gas legal issues. Was inhouse of legal department of Galp Energia (Portuguese oil and gas state company) and currently acts as intemendent lawyer providing advice mainly to companys and investments in Angola. In addition to his Law degree, he has diplomas of Post-graduation Course in Tax Law (Lisbon University Law School), of Executive's Advanced Course in Public-private Partnerships (2006) and of the Advance Course of Political Studies (2007) both of the Portuguese Catholic University). Graduated in Law in Lisbon University Law School, and postgraduate in Business and Company Law in Economics Faculty of Nova University of Lisbon and in Securities Law in Lisbon University Law School.
